La Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito CACPECO, en su compromiso con el desarrollo social, se ha aliado con Fundación FIDAL para capacitar a docentes de la provincia de Chimborazo en la metodología E-STEM+. A través de esta iniciativa, los educadores recibirán herramientas pedagógicas para fortalecer sus competencias socioemocionales, promoviendo así ambientes de aprendizaje saludables, inclusivos y colaborativos en el aula.
Gracias a la colaboración entre CACPECO y FIDAL, esta capacitación no solo fortalecerá la labor docente, sino que también contribuirá al desarrollo educativo de la región. Juntos, impulsan una educación innovadora que fomenta el pensamiento crítico, la creatividad y el trabajo en equipo, preparando a las nuevas generaciones para los desafíos del siglo XXI.
